While digging through my yarn drawer a few weeks ago, I discovered some yarn I’d been saving:

 

3 skeins of alpaca yarn that I had bought while I was in Sweden. The only seller in the US is in California, so I have to order it online if I want any more of this particular brand. Because it’s so special, I’ve wanting to keep it for a special project.

While I was burning hours of my life I will never get back on Pinterest, I ran across a pattern for a scarf that I liked.
This is remarkable because I do not enjoy making scarves.

I decided to give it a try, and I like it even more than when I started!
