The 11th of every month marks another month S and I have been married. I thought it appropriate to post on the 11th that we picked up my wedding dress last week! S had it preserved while I was in Texas.
I’m excited to have it preserved in case we have a daughter and she wants to use it for her wedding. You see, my wedding dress was my mother’s wedding dress. I didn’t have to alter it or anything. It fit perfectly.
It’s an old-fashioned-looking style with lots of lace, as you can see. It has lace finger-less gloves to match, and the veil is on a hat! It’s such an interesting dress. I loved wearing it.
